The Future of Enterprise Performance Management and Business Intelligence

Planir brings the data layer, the modelling layer and the AI layer into one platform, so planning, consolidation, reporting and analytics run on the same governed numbers. No more reconciling one system against another.

  • 99.9% uptime SLA
  • 30+ years of planning & reporting delivery
Why Planir

Planning and Reporting Were Never Meant to Be Separate

Finance has spent two decades planning in one system, reporting in another and reconciling the two in spreadsheets. Planning tools hold the plan but struggle to tell the story. BI tools tell the story but cannot hold a plan. Planir puts both on one governed model and adds an AI layer that prepares the first draft.

The stack most finance teams run today

Separate tools, separate numbers

  • Budgets and forecasts in a planning tool or a workbook
  • Dashboards in a BI tool, on a different extract of the data
  • Consolidation and reconciliation done by hand in Excel
  • Variance commentary written from scratch every month
  • No line of sight from a board-pack figure back to the ledger
With Planir

One platform, one version of the truth

  • Every entity and every ERP in one governed data layer
  • Plan, consolidate, report and analyse on the same model
  • Write-back with an author, a version and an approval on every figure
  • AI agents draft budgets, forecasts, reports and commentary
  • Lineage from every report back to the source transaction
ITLink

Planir is built by ITLink, the team that has delivered IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), OneStream and Power BI for finance teams since 1995. It is three decades of enterprise planning and analytics projects, turned into one platform.

The platform

Three Layers. One Platform.

Each layer does one job well, and all three share the same governed data. That is why the budget, the board pack and the variance commentary never disagree.

01 · Data layer

One governed source of truth

Connect every entity and every system the group runs, without replacing any of them.

  • SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365 and Sage Intacct at group level
  • Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB at entity level
  • Salesforce, HubSpot, Snowflake, Databricks, SharePoint
  • Any other system through API or SFTP
  • Intercompany elimination and multi-currency translation
  • Read-only: the ERP stays the system of record
02 · Modelling layer

Multidimensional, without the modelling programme

The cube-based model enterprise planning is built on, delivered through a surface Finance already knows.

  • Entity, department, product, region and project dimensions in minutes
  • Driver-based 3-way budgets: P&L, balance sheet and cash flow linked
  • Row-based business rules instead of cell-by-cell formulas
  • Scenario and what-if modelling
  • Input, review and approval workflow across the business
  • Excel add-in with live formulas and governed write-back
03 · AI layer

Agents that do the heavy lifting

The agent builds the first draft. Finance reviews it, adjusts it and approves it.

  • Budget, Forecast, Report and Dashboard agents, with their reasoning recorded
  • Variance commentary on the Signal–Impact–Analysis–Recommendation framework
  • Account Intelligence: from account-level symptom to transaction-level cause
  • Anomaly detection and cash flow forecasts with confidence intervals
  • Natural-language questions over the group's numbers
  • Nothing is final until a person signs it off
Use cases

One Platform, Every Planning Use Case

From the group close to the sales forecast. Finance, operational and AI-powered use cases all run on the same governed model, so every plan ties back to the same numbers.

Getting started

Live in Weeks, Not Quarters

Start with one priority Finance workflow, validated on your own data against a written definition of success. Then expand.

STEP 01

Align on scope

The priority workflow, success criteria, entities, users and integrations. The scoping session is free.

STEP 02

Connect and configure

Source systems connected and the chart of accounts mapped, with agents doing the heavy lifting.

STEP 03

Validate with Finance

Reconcile the numbers, test the business rules and confirm every output ties back to the ledger.

STEP 04

Go live and expand

The first workflow goes into production, then the next: consolidation, budgeting, board reporting.

Planir: Common Questions

Who makes Planir?
Planir is a product of ITLink Business Solution (S) Pte Ltd, the Singapore planning, reporting and analytics consultancy that has delivered IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), OneStream and Power BI projects since 1995. Planir sits alongside ITLink's other products, TMVGate and Omni, and has its own website at planir.app.
How is Planir different from a traditional planning or BI tool?
A traditional planning tool holds the plan, and a BI tool visualises the actuals. Each has its own data, so Finance reconciles them by hand. Planir puts the data layer, the modelling layer and the AI layer on one governed model. The same figures drive the budget, the consolidation, the board pack and the variance commentary, and AI agents prepare the first draft of each.
We already use TM1, OneStream or Power BI. Where does Planir fit?
ITLink continues to implement and support all three. Planir is for organisations that want planning, consolidation, reporting and AI-assisted analysis on one governed platform instead of several tools. Because the same team knows both worlds, the scoping session gives you a straight comparison against what you run today.
Which systems does Planir connect to?
At group level: SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations and Business Central, and Sage Intacct. At entity level: Xero, QuickBooks Online and MYOB. Also Salesforce and HubSpot, Databricks and Snowflake, SharePoint and Box, Excel and Google Sheets, and any system with an API or SFTP endpoint. Planir reads from source systems and does not write back to them. See Planir integrations.
What does the AI layer actually do?
Budget, Forecast, Report and Dashboard agents build the first draft and record their reasoning. Variance commentary is written on the Signal–Impact–Analysis–Recommendation framework, and Account Intelligence traces a movement from account level down to the transactions that caused it. Finance reviews, adjusts and approves, and nothing is final until a person signs it off. Customer financial data is not used to train models.
How secure is Planir?
Planir is SOC 2 Type II certified, with ISO 27001 certification in progress. It is hosted on Microsoft Azure, enforces MFA, applies role-based access down to the measure and field level, and keeps a complete audit trail of every data sync, agent action, user edit and configuration change. It is designed against SOX, ISA 610 and PE-grade governance requirements, and carries a 99.9% uptime SLA.
How do we get started, and what does it cost?
Start with a free scoping session. Planir is an annual platform licence plus an implementation fee scoped to your engagement, and pricing is quoted once the scope is clear. The first priority workflow is typically live in weeks, with a written definition of success. Email hello@planir.app or book a working session.
