Thank you.
Based on your focus on enhancing reporting accuracy, upgrading reporting system or tools, lack of real-time insights and analysis, slow or delayed reporting, budgeting and forecasting process and a 3-6 months timeline, projects like these typically cut report errors by up to 50%. That often saves finance teams around 8 hours a month just fixing mistakes.

Here are clear answers to common questions about EDGE and how we work withyou.
To qualify for EDGE, your company must:
• Be a business entity registered in Singapore
• Have at least 30% Singaporean and/or PR ownership
• Not have started the project or paid any deposit before submitting the application
• Meet any additional requirements of the specific activity
Non-profits, societies, statutory boards and government subsidiaries are not eligible.
SMEs can receive up to 50% funding on qualifying costs, and non-SMEs up to 30%. Higher levels of up to 70% apply only to internationalisation and sustainability activities.
Each company can receive up to S$100,000 per year across all EDGE activities, with up to S$30,000 of that for digital solutions and enterprise systems. The cap resets every 1 April.
An SME has group annual turnover of no more than S$100 million, or no more than 200 employees.
Support is provided on a reimbursement basis after the project is completed and fully paid.
EDGE funds specific activities across business areas such as Automation & Digitalisation, Financial Management and Business Strategy. Planning and reporting projects we commonly scope include:
• Improving financial reporting workflows
• Strengthening budgeting or forecasting processes
• Automating manual tasks
• Redesigning workflows to improve productivity
• Enhancing data accuracy or process efficiency
Each activity has its own criteria, so we help you match your project to the right EDGE activity before you apply.
It depends on the activity. Most EDGE activities do not restrict which consultant you use, as long as they meet the activity's requirements.
For standards-related consultancy, Enterprise Singapore supports consultancy costs only when the consultant holds SS 680 certification from a SAC-accredited body.
ITLink is certified under SAC-accredited TR 43 / SS 680 as a Registered Management Consultant, so we meet this requirement where it applies.
Processing time varies by activity and is listed on each activity's page on the Enterprise Singapore website. For example, an ERP solution from a pre-approved vendor takes about 1 week, and about 10 weeks from a non-pre-approved vendor.
We help ensure your application is prepared properly to avoid delays.
Not before you apply. EDGE does not support retrospective applications: if work has started or any payment or deposit was made before submission, the project is not eligible.
Payments made after submission but before approval may be supported if the application is approved, but this is at your own risk.
Here are the most common items required for an EDGE application:
• Latest financial statements
• A clear proposal project
• Consultant's scope of work
• Project timeline and cost breakdown
• Company ACRA profile
We guide you through preparing these documents so everything is aligned with EDGE requirements.
Yes, within limits. Under Automation & Digitalisation, EDGE supports pre-scoped single-function digital solutions and integrated enterprise systems such as ERP.
Data migration, integration and professional services may be supported when they are part of an approved package. Support for these solutions counts towards a S$30,000 sub-cap within the S$100,000 annual cap, and each company can apply only once for each.
Ask us which EDGE activity best fits your planning, reporting or automation project.
After the project is completed and all expenses are paid in full, you submit a single final claim with:
• Invoices
• Final project report
• Proof of deliverables
• Supporting documents requested by Enterprise Singapore
Once approved, the funding is reimbursed directly to your company.
We assist you through the claims process so you can submit everything correctly.
Yes.
Companies apply separately for each EDGE activity, and can submit several applications at the same time.
All approved support counts towards the same S$100,000 annual cap. Single-function digital solutions and ERP systems are limited to one application per company.
Many SMEs use EDGE in phases as they upgrade different parts of their operations.
